The assessment of the empowerment level of managerial and specjalist staff - case study

Abstract

Objectives Empowerment is currently a very important problem in managing organizations. It determines the success of such organizational solutions and strategies that require innovation and creativity of employees their participation in decisions and talking responsibility. The article presents a tool which diagnosed the level of empowerment in the organization implementing a process organization. The article contains the obtained results of the research, their analysis and assessment of the empowerment level in the analyzed organization and a recommendation for the management board regarding organizational changes. Material and methods W artykule wykorzystano narzędzie wypracowane w związku z podzadaniem w zadaniu 3 projektu „Koncepcja Empowerment’u w zarządzaniu projektami inwestycyjnymi w dystry-bucji energii elektrycznej” Autorzy opracowania: Prof. UG dr hab. Halina Czubasiewicz i Prof. zw. dr hab. Piotr Grajewski oraz badaniami w organizacji w związku z wdrażaniem organizacji procesowej. Results Wyniki badań poziomy empowermentu ujęto w tabelach 1, 2, 3 na stronach od 10 do 12 w artykule Conclusions Zdiagnozowany poziom empowermentu upoważnia do przyjęcia, że pracownicy poradzą sobie z działaniem w organizacji procesowej. Wskazano też słabsze obszary wymagające doskonalenia.
