EVALUATION OF OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY OF DIFFUSION COATINGS FOR TURBINE BLADES OF CONTEMPORARY GAS TURBINE ENGINES

Abstract

The article considers the comparative evaluation of the heat resistant diffusion coatings durability in their further work as part of the engine based on the results of laboratory tests. For the purpose of comparative evaluation of the operational life the criterion of durability is introduced to allow estimate characteristics of various protective coatings without testing as part of the engine.
