Abstract

O.A.Spiridonova, architectural studio "Bashnya", Moscow S.Sh.Gevorkyan, architectural studio "Bashnya", Moscow The article considers the possibility of creating complex recreational zones as objects of education, culture and recreation, technologically saturated with interactive elements. To date, no new thematic space has been created in the Russian Federation comparable to the National Economic Achievements or other similar world-class projects. The modern cultural project presented in the article provides an original scheme for organizing a recreational space, promoting intellectual development and obtaining skills of high-tech occupations for young people, stimulating creativity in art and science. The proposal is suitable for use as a basic model for the purpose of diversifying the region's economy to ensure sustainable development of the territory, to create new jobs. The implementation of this kind of economically attractive projects will create a favorable image for any region of the country, will become an impulse for solving the problems of scientific cities development, closed administrative-territorial entities (ZATO), other administrative-territorial and municipal entities. The article proposes three variants of the theme park placement. Preliminary calculations of technical and economic indicators and investment payback time for territories of various dimensions are presented. Particular attention is paid to the preliminary calculation and analysis of the new jobs ratio for service personnel and highly qualified specialists.
