Sezonowość ruchu turystycznego na rynku hotelarskim w województwie zachodniopomorskim

Abstract

The West Pomeranian Voivodship is one of the most attractive in terms of tourism and one of the most visited by tourists both domestic and foreign region in Poland. Tourists visiting the West Pomeranian Voivodship need the accommodation offered especially hotels. The main problem of the hotel market in West Pomeranian Voivodship, however, it is the seasonality of tourism demand. This article aims to assess seasonality in the hospitality market in West Pomeranian Voivodship. Evaluation of seasonality on the hotel market in West Pomeranian Voivodship will be carried out according to the official statistics of the Statistical Office in Szczecin on a registered accommodation facilities and registered tourist movement in this base in Western Pomerania in the years 2009–2014.
