SOCIAL RISKS IN MODERN RUSSIAN SOCIETY: PHILOSOPHICAL REFLECTION

Abstract

Purpose. Article is devoted to a research of the nature of modern social risks. Authors set as the purpose to carry out the social and philosophical analysis of a concept and structure of social risk, to consider his main types in the Russian society and to open methods of management over them. Methodology. The research is based on application of general scientific methods (the analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization), system approach. Results. Authors come to a conclusion that the possibilities of a social and philosophical cut in a research of social risks are allowed to consider them as specific forms of activity which are realized by the subject in the conditions of uncertainty. Set and interaction of elements and lines of risk, making the main maintenance of this concept, define structure, characterize types, form his social functions, find out the objective and subjective reasons which cause social risks. Need of risk management it is proved by search of ways of protection of society against their impact on all spheres of human life. Practical implications. Results of a research can be applied in social practice at social and political, social and economic modeling, design and forecasting.
