Neuerungen im Urheberrecht für Bibliotheken

Abstract

The article discusses new copyright permissions of the “Urheberrechts-Wissensgesellschafts-Gesetz“ (UrhWissG) and highlights opportunities for practical implementation within the library landscape. Here, if possible, practical examples are given and pitfalls uncovered. The contribution discusses i.a. interlibrary loan and copy delivery upon individual order, contract priority, electronic reading stations, flat-rate remuneration and individual billing.
