The geopolitical vision of the transnational outer space organization and its impact on fragile states (Iraq after the American in 2003 as a model)
Abstract
The current research started from problems identified about the impact of the geopolitical dimension on the spread of transnational organized crime in the era of globalization, and does the fragile geopolitical environment have a conducive effect on its spread. The research aimed to identify the dimensions of transnational organized crime and the impact of the geopolitical perspective on transnational organized crime. The research was concerned with defining organized crime according to multiple dimensions before developing a geopolitical perspective on transnational organized crime and identifying its patterns and reasons for its spread, then determining how it spread in fragile countries, so that the research model was chosen Iraq in the period after the American occupation of it in 2003 and to study the case of the spread of organized crime patterns In it and analyzing the factors of its spread in order to reach a number of conclusions on the subject, the most important of which were; The spread of transnational organized crime has an effective geopolitical dimension that is seen through its perpetration and its impact in more than one country, and that fragile states are a conducive environment for the spread of transnational organized crime, especially since those countries are prone to high rates of political and administrative corruption in them. Then a number of recommendations related to the research topic were developed.
