脑微梗死的研究进展 The Research Progress of Cerebral Microinfarct

Abstract

脑微梗死作为一种脑小血管疾病，与老年人的认知功能障碍、痴呆等密切相关。目前发 现脑微梗死在正常老年人中同样存在，因此越来越受重视。本文就脑微梗死的诊断方法、可能的发 病机制、临床意义做一综述。 Abstract: Cerebral microinfarct is a kind of cerebral small vessel disease, which is closely related to cognitive impairment and dementia of the elderly. It is found that it is also present in the elderly with normal aging. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to it. In this paper, the diagnostic methods, possible pathogenesis and clinical significance of cerebral microinfarct are reviewed.
