Homeless Women: main reasons and alternativive intervention lines

Abstract

Objective, determining the main reasons for social isolation on women and analysing the intervention lines. Methods, a qualitative study focused on secondary sources analysis and surveys. Results and Conclusions, the homeless nessprofile has changed. There is no perfect shelter. More shelters are required;they must meet basic needs like food and bed, and also take into account theirlocation. Successful shelters will be those that provide an environment where traditional interactions are allowed, and where women can develop themselvesfreely but with support.
