Effect of charge transfer in semiconductor films NaAuy on its emission properties

Abstract

The dependence of the current of sodium ions in an external electric field from the surface of gold coated with a NaAuy film on time of its exposure in electric field of high intensity was studied. A model is proposed that relates kinetics of the ion current recovery after a change in the electric field intensity with the redistribution of positive and negative charges in the bulk NaAuy under the action of an external electric charge.
