THE PRODUCTION OF WITNESS PROOF IN THE TELEPRESENTIAL LABOR AUDIENCE AND ITS LEGACY FOR THE NEW AGE OF PROCESSUAL LABOR LAW AFTER COVID-19

Abstract

The Judiciary, especially Labor, has been working to find a solution for the continuity of judicial activities remotely and telepresentially. The purpose of this article is to debate the importance of testimonial evidence in the telepresential work process, given the difficulties for the labor judge to obtain it, in Covid-19 times. The methodology used was qualitative research with bibliographic and theoretical survey on the topic. In this sense, telepresential testimonial evidence can be a possibility of use, but like many challenges in the work process.
