Article is devoted to features of professional development in branch of information technologies and experts. As the main engine of professional development in IT of branch the continuous motivation on increase and expansion of knowledge acts. The current trend in a choice not only qualified, but also demands versatile experts from the person or deep examination in one accurate direction with continuous expansion of experience in use of similar products and systems, or qualification in allied industries, such as, finance, management, law or specific branch knowledge. The special attention is paid to processes of certification about use of the international and internal corporate standards.
