Empowerment leadership and its role in developing the creative behavior of the employees in the organization

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the role of leadership empowerment in the development of creative behavior among the staff of the organization. The theoretical background of leadership empowerment and its requirements, as well as the measure of leadership empowerment, are reviewed and the most important definitions of creative behavior are reviewed. To read in depth the elements on the one hand, and stages and steps on the other. Finally, leadership empowerment is addressed as an input to the development of creative behavior among the staff of the organisation.
