Scientific and technological progress in the modern world is accompanied by a sharp increase in the consumption of natural resources and a simultaneous increase in the amount of industrial waste. The problem of recycling and their rational use is closely related to the efficiency of industrial production, environmental protection and new developments in the field of disposal of industrial waste. Thus, one of the important global problems is the disposal of industrial waste from the mining industry. On the one hand, technogenic wastes are valuable products containing significant amounts of noble and non-ferrous metals; they do not require mining, transportation and grinding, which greatly reduces the cost of their processing. On the other hand, man-made waste is stored in tailings dumps, occupying huge areas and posing a certain environmental hazard to the environment.
