The article determines internal (owners of fuel and energy companies, management of enterprises, workers performing industrial and economic functions at fuel and energy enterprises; financial and economic divisions; controlling units that provide control and monitoring of the formation and use of all the types of resources for fuel and energy enterprises, «рower» units) and external (consumers of services of fuel and energy enterprises, the enterprises which are consumers of fuel and energy services; other fuel and energy enterprises; investors (domestic and foreign); state institutions; financial and credit institutions; «power» authorities; controlling bodies; socialism (public, trade unions and other organizations); organizations providing informational influence on fuel and energy enterprises by means of mass media; territorial community) of the stakeholder groups that interact with fuel and energy enterprises.
