Protocol for isolating innate lymphoid cells from murine lamina propria of the small intestine

Abstract

Summary: Innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) in the lamina propria of the small intestine (siLP) are essential for maintaining intestinal immune homeostasis; however, their isolation remains challenging. Here, we present a protocol for the rapid isolation of siLP ILCs.
