Working out of telemedical consultations automated system

Abstract

In the article problems of system engineering of telemedical consultations are considered, the analysis of world approaches to their construction is carried out. The group of authors represents the developed system of asynchronous telemedical consultations, its architecture and advantages before existing analogues.
