The escalating urbanization and rapid traffic growth have accentuated the need for smart and efficient parking solutions. This paper explores the implementation of IoT technology to maximize the optimization of multi-storied parking facilities. The system that was proposed aims to enhance space utilization reduce congestion and improve the parking experience. It all begins by studying current challenges related to traditional parking structures including space utilization, limited accessibility, and huge waiting time. The system offers real-time data analysis by integrating IoT devices like sensors, data acquisition and communicating modules. It facilitates dynamic range space allocation for efficient utilization of allocated slots. For effectiveness, a prototype is developed and tested, where the results are described as a significant reduction rate in congestion and space utilization which further enhances user satisfaction. Using a lift and a DC motor for the movement of vehicles from one floor to another, the Installation of IoT technology enables the operators to manage and monitor the facility remotely, contributing to cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
