LA APORTACIÓN DE LA TEOLOGÍA EN LA ESTRUCTURACIÓN DEL IUS PUBLICUM ECCLESIASTICUM: REFLEXIONES HISTÓRICO-JURÍDICAS
Abstract
This article is a lecture leaflet on the occasion of the III Annual Conference of Law and Theology, Theology, Law and University, organized by the International Chair “Innocent III” at the Catholic University of San Antonio (Murcia, May 19, 2017). As a historian of law I would like to highlight the contribution that, at a specific historical moment, Theology rendered to the birth and development of the ius publicum ecclesiasticum. Este articulo es una conferencia hojeada en ocasión de la III Jornadas Anuales de Derecho y Teología, Teología, Ley y Universidad, organizada por la Cátedra Internacional “Inocencio III” en la Universidad Católica San Antonio (Murcia, 19 de Mayo de 2017). Como historiador del derecho quisiera poner de relieve la aportación que, en un momento histórico concreto, prestó la Teología al nacimiento y desarrollo del ius publicum ecclesiasticum.
