INFORMAL ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR PARTICIPATION IN REGIONAL ELECTIONS AT THE TURN OF THE 1980 - 1990-s

Abstract

Article is devoted to the analysis of activities of the informal organizations in the Stavropol Territory under the conditions of destruction of a monopoly position of CPSU in society. It reviews the pre-election struggle among representatives of local party structures and leaders of informal groups and its consequences.
