THE FEATURES THE CENTRAL PART OF NOUNS IN KOSIV TOWN
Abstract
The article is dedicated to the research of the frequently used male names, which had functioned in the anthroponomical system of the town of Kosiv the Ivano-Frankivsk region from 1880 till 1950. The material collected by means of continuous sample has permitted to follow objectively the qualitative and quantitative composition of this group of anthroponyms. The analysis was done on the five time slices. All the male namesthat got into the frequency ones during the studied period were found. The proportion of this group of onyms during all periodswas found. The qualitative changes in the category of frequency names are learned on each chronological slice. Anthroponymicon of Kosiv from the middle of the 20th century is characterized by increasing repertoire of names. It influenced on the qualitative and quantitative structure of the names. For a period of fifty years the list of the studied category of onyms was constantly changing. The specific weight of fund of frequency lexemes increased steadily.In 1951-1960 it was 22.34%, in 1961-1970 - 27.16%, in 1971-1980 - 29.75%, in 1981-1990 - 35.03%, in 1991-1998 - 36.65%. However at the end of the 19th century this process was also characterized by a rising rate, but the concentration of names was significantly different - in 1880-1890 it was only 6.07%, the set of lexemes was also different. Despite all the changes the frequency names cover a large part of carriers and provide quantitative and qualitative continuity of the repertoire.
