Theoretical principles of ecological-oriented land use organisation based on the inclusive approach

The article analyzes the formation of interpretation of the inclusiveness in the context of land use, namely, inclusive business. The characteristics of the inclusive business model and its advantages are disclosed. The essential features and goals of the inclusive economy are formulated. The interrelation of economy and inclusive growth is grounded, its requirements are defined. The understanding of inclusive development in land use, its goals and objectives are presented. The international experience of ensuring the inclusive development of environmental economics in the context of projects aimed at the transfer and adaptation of training experience in managing clean and social agriculture is studied. The features and benefits of the inclusive agriculture compared with other sectors based on the same level of investment are identified. The introduction of the principles of land use inclusiveness organization into practice is substantiated. The systematic presentation of the inclusive agriculture tool of the European Organic Regulations and the US National Organic Program, namely, a group certification, is provided. This tool helps small businesses and individual owners to become certified and gives them access to global organic markets. The basic components, advantages, principles and characteristics of the certification procedure are presented. The possible economic transformations and the development of the inclusive model of the national economy in Ukraine on the basis of the formation of ecologically clean lands and the reorientation of agricultural enterprises to ecologically clean production are revealed. The economic, ecological and sociocultural effects of creating inclusive eco-oriented agricultural enterprises are determined.
