This text is the result of the reflections on the experiences lived among subjects in a workshop on gender, sex and sexuality carried out with students of the pedagogy of the Federal University of Santa Catarina. It aims to demonstrate through the experiences and experiences mediated in the workshop the perspectives on the themes of gender, sex and sexuality, and how we can develop a critical reflection that involves different conceptions of the world, subject and education. It is used as references: Bourdieu (1999), Louro (1997, 2003, 2007 and 2010), Scott (1994 and 1995), among others. It is an experience report, contextualized from the theoretical bases and description of the pedagogical practice. The methodology adopted was based on cultural pedagogy and the Didactic Method of Social Practice (SAVIANI, 2003). The article is divided into seven parts beginning with the introduction and in sequence the report is organized in each part of action. It seeks to discuss, through dynamics and theoretical exposition, conceptions of gender, sex and sexuality in the contemporary social, cultural and political context, understanding how they contribute to analyze the issues of body, sexuality, gender identity and orientation in school practice, which we recognize to be necessary for initial and continuing teacher education. It is verified that the conception of experience was used as a fundamental category for the construction of a space of dialogical interactions of teaching and learning.
