Reactive Perforating Collagenosis In Borderline Lepromatous Leprosy
Abstract
A 55 year old male having borderline lepromatous leprosy receiving MB-MDT for one and half year developed several keratoic papules and plaques with central plug and scar formation, mainly on his extremities. Histopathology form the lesion was consistent with reactive perforating collagenosis. Trivial trauma from scratching might have resulted in this phenomenon.
