Determination of indexes of physical and technical preparedness of players of a ІІІ digit in football hall during annual macrocycle.

Abstract

In the article is presented the indexes of physical and technical preparedness of players with qualification a ІІІ digit in football hall during one year's macrocycle. The complex of tests the use of which will let objectively to estimate the level of physical preparedness and level of technical trade is defined. Periods in the annual loop, the highest indexes of physical and technical preparedness of players are shown. By control 12 exercises the level of motive qualities of players is defined.
