Analysis of the flexibility of the management training suply in the Basque Country

Abstract

There are many factors that determine the success of a manager in the exercise of their activity. There is agreement in considering that, among all of them, training and qualification have an outstanding influence. Also, manager’s intellectual capitalization can be carried out by different ways, one of which are external training. It is fundamental that training industry cast suitable and sufficiently transparent information, in order to make this way both, effective and efficient. Therefore, this work, taking as framework the Basque Country, aims to make a comparative analysis of the supply of non-regulated training in management for directors in two periods of time, with the purpose of assessing the flexibility and suitability of this type of supply.
