Migration processes between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation within the Eurasian integration
Abstract
Based on the study of the population movement issues of the Central Asian region, the challenges and prospects for the development of the migration processes between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation have been considered within the Eurasian integration. The study objective is to analyze the challenges and prospects of the migration processes, particularly of the labour migration processes in the Kyrgyz-Russian relations through revealing the development peculiarities of demographic and socio-economic transformations in the migration population movement of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation, as well as to define the regulation means and methods of the migratory movements between two countries. The results: the scope of the labour migration in the Kyrgyz Republic was measured and the factors classification stipulating labour migration in Kyrgyzstan was substantiated. The most problematic components of the social, economic, national security of the Kyrgyz Republic were identified on the basis of comprehensive review of the migration processes development between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.
