O estigma da «natureza humana» como fundamento para os modos de governação

Abstract

From the historical research that lead me to the notion of pseudo-pastoral power, I consider the definition of a Tomist mode of government and further the philosophical critiques of the efficiency of this mode. However, in both perspectives, human nature is a stigma, a subjective inability in which the techniques of power found its justification. The socialization of wealth points in the direction of a tendentiously universal liberation of the constraints of the status of an object or instrument of others will and needs and thus a human generalized self-government.
