"ANTIQUITIES" IN CIVIL LAW

Abstract

The article analyzes the issue of modern legal regulation of antiquities in the civil law, presents the author's definition, essence and features of antiquities. The historical frameworks of appearance and development of legal notions of antiquities are defined. The author uses complex approach to the research of the modern legal regulation of antiquities and the principle of inter-sector legal regulation where two levels are relevantly distinguished - the international legal regulation and the national legal regulation.
