The research is directed to the study of teacher training in junior high schools, taking as its starting point the needs and limitations that are verified in the practice of the profession, with the particularity that the methodological work of the board grade is assumed as integrating axis of their training. Therefore the board grade, is a scenario with the best conditions for the development of this process for the construction of new professional practices from individual and collective experiences shared between each of its members. This paper examines the relationships established between substantive and methodological work processes are addressed.
