The effect of information quality on students’ knowledge through the E-learning system: A case study at Universities in HCM City
Abstract
This research is conducted to analyze the effect of information quality on knowledge acquired by students through the E-learning system, thereby suggesting some solutions to improve the information quality sothat students' knowledge can be enhanced. Combining qualitative and quantitative research methods, the authors conduct a survey of 226 students who have used E-learning systems at universities in HCM City. Results of regression analysis and test of hypotheses show that three factors of information quality that affect to knowledge acquired by students are: (1) Useful information, (2) Usable information, and (3) Dependable information.
