Case: We present 3 cases of primary benign bone tumors of the foot and ankle and a review of the literature. All patients presented with progressively worsening pain aggravated with weight bearing activities. Imaging revealed osseous abnormalities with pathological diagnoses of a navicular aneurysmal bone cyst, talar fibrous dysplasia and talar giant cell tumor. Conclusion: Tumors of the foot and ankle are often overlooked because they are relatively uncommon. Awareness of benign bone lesions of the foot and ankle should promote prompt radiographic examination and referral to orthopaedic specialists, who can treat these lesions before fracture, local spread, or metastasis.
