SCIENTIFIC READINESS OF THE PROBLEM OF THE PROFESSIONAL FOCUSED LEGAL PREPARATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS

Abstract

The analysis of study of a problem of legal training of social workers in the context of development of the scientific thought reflecting questions of legal education ofprofessionals of a nonlegal profile is presented in article need of development of legal education of social workers as subjects of the social helping activity which legal orientation is determined by its role and social mission in society is proved.
