This article aims to assess the level of Informatization in Armenian society. In this context, the Personal Informatization Index (PII) was calculated, revealing a sufficiently high level of accessibility to digital technologies. The main issues in personal Informatization were digital literacy, skills in using Information and communication technologies (ICT), and the quality and direction of their use. Using econometric analysis, the article also reveals the determinants of personal Informatization in Armenia (territorial, income, education, etc.). The role of a person’s education level was highlighted as a predominant factor, and some policy implications were provided. The research methodology presented in the framework of this article and the results obtained can be helpful in policymaking and expanding the existing body of knowledge about Armenia’s digital economy.
