Learning by proficiency levels in Pinar del Rio education: principles for study
Abstract
This article presents some postulates about quality of education, which serve as theoretical bases to the studies about learning and teaching which are developed at the moment in Pinar del Río province. There are given definitions of each of the performance levels with which the items that are part of the instruments of the subjects, object of study, are developed.
