Abstract

In the past, present, an,d most probably, in the near futere, a serious social dynamic is happening. That dynamic has affected all segments of society, so as the fundamental social relations. If the fundamental social relations are seriously affected, it is inevitable that the ethical parametersa are affected, as well, while the business appears to have clear new form and new support. This imposes that it is needed for this new state of society to perceive, explain and predict changes that, as far as possible, avoid the negative and undesirable activities, and to more elaborate and propose a new, acceptable and promising norm.
