Yu et al. identify marked differences in the telomere and immunologic profiles of neuroblastoma cell lines displaying MES and ADRN lineage characteristics. They show that pharmacologically converting ADRN into MES cells triggers associated switch in telomere/immunologic protein profiles whereas inhibiting telomerase activity in ADRN cells induces reversible conversion into MES cells.
