A tool was used to measure the Jordanian Sign Language Syntax based on direct observation. Using the SPSS program, mean and standard deviations, and using the Mann-Whitney test to examine the significance of differences between two groups. In total, the evaluation ranged between a good and acceptable level. There were also statistically significant differences at the level of (Α = 0.05) and less due to the variable of the sign language license. For the benefit of those who have a license to practice. Results did not show any statistical significance in differences due to other variables. The study recommended including the syntax of sign language in current training programs of Jordanian sign language.
