PECULIARITIES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF MANUFACTURING SELF-GOVERNMENT AS A FORM OF DEMOCRATIZATION OF PROPERTY RELATIONS

Abstract

The article considers the peculiarities ofrealization of production self-managementon the example of the closed joint-stockcompany of workers (public enterprise).To remove the social tensions in Russian society caused by its property stratification, compensation schemes must beimplemented in relation to social groupsdeprived, following privatization, the possibility of generating income from theownership of assets of enterprises.
