La penalización del maltrato de género en el ámbito de la pareja: análisis comparado entre las regulaciones penales peruana y española

Abstract

Gender violence is one of the most serious manifestations of discrimination against women at the national and international level, so criminal law, as fragmentary mechanism for protect a legally interest, must play an important role in preventing this phenomenon that violated the fundamental rights of women. Thus, the present work deals with gender violence in the sphere of the couple from a criminal approach, analyzing the criminal regulation of Peru and Spain to formulate lege ferenda proposals.
