Based on the assumption that in the contemporaneity Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have assumed a primordial function to the access of knowledge, it is necessary to think and reflect how these technologies can be treated to enhance the process of educational inclusion. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the advances and / or regressions of the TICs for students with deafblindness, based on the use of the Morse code tool. Thus, it is important to emphasize that the students with deafblindness is not considered as having multiple disabilities, but rather as subjects that have a limitation in the combination of the visual and auditory senses. For this study, therefore, the use of Morse code will enable the teacher to potentiate teaching and learning processes in order to involve, mediate and include students with deafblindness through their educational needs and potentialities. Thus, the limitations of these two senses can be compensated for and strengthened by the Morse code tool in order to foster communication between the student with deafblindness and other people, in a constant process of knowledge exchange.
