Se informa acerca de la lepidopterofauna diurna recolectada en el verano 2002-2003 en la Estación Biológica Senda Darwin, Chiloé. Se encontraron 9 especies: Eroessa chilensis (Guérin, 1830), Colias vauthierii Guérin, 1829, Nelia nemyroides (Blanchard, 1852), Auca coctei (Guérin, 1838), Homoeonympha humilis (C. & R. Felder, 1867), Hylephila signata (Blanchard, 1852), Butleria flavomaculata tristriata Bryk, 1944, Butleria elwesi Evans, 1939 y Butleria bissexguttata (Philippi, 1859), distribuidas en 3 familias: Pieridae, Nymphalidae y Hesperiidae. La mayor diversidad y homogeneidad se encuentra en los hábitats tipo pradera (H'= 1.59; J'= 0.99; 1-D= 0.79) y tipo bosque bajo y abierto (H'= 1.49; J'= 0.93; 1-D= 0.76), siendo el bosque cerrado el menos diverso y homogéneo (H'= 0.86; J'= 0.62; 1-D= 0.44). Se ilustran los imagos. Background information about diurnal lepidoptero-fauna collected in the summer 2002-2003, at the Senda Darwin Biological Station, Chiloé is given. During the sampling period a total of nine species were found: Eroessa chilensis (Guérin, 1830), Colias vauthierii Guérin, 1829, Nelia nemyroides (Blanchard, 1852), Auca coctei (Guérin, 1838), Homoeonympha humilis (C. & R. The highest diversity and homogeneity was found in grassland-type habitats (H'= 1.59; J'= 0.99; 1-D= 0.79) and low-open forest (H'= 1.49; J'= 0.93; 1-D= 0.76). Closed forest was found to be the less diverse and homogeneous (H'= 0.86; J'= 0.62; 1-D= 0.44). Adult figures are provided.
