30 lat istnienia „Studiów Koszalińsko-Kołobrzeskich” jako świadectwo potencjału i rozwoju koszalińskiego środowiska teologicznego

Abstract

The 30th anniversary of a scholarly journal is an opportunity to take stock, to look at the development and “growing up” of a theological periodical, and to look with hope to the future. The article first takes up the origins of the journal, highlighting two factors that contributed to it, namely the functioning of the Higher Seminary and the Higher Institute of Religious Knowledge in Koszalin. This was followed by an overview of the changes introduced over the past thirty years. These were related to changes in the editorial board, organisational changes and academic affiliations, or adapting the journal to evolving standards and expectations of scientific journals. In the third section, the basic directions for the further development of the journal were identified, i.e. primarily the further internationalisation of the journal and its application to worldwide indexing databases such as Web of Science or Scopus.
