Ghirardacci 500: The Exhibition

Abstract

The exhibition “Ghirardacci 500” (Biblioteca dell’Archiginnasio, Bologna, December 6th, 2019 – January 6th, 2020) has displayed several written works by Cherubino Ghirardacci, from devotional and ecclesiastical to historical texts. The exhibition has also displayed Ghirardacci’s lesser known works, related to his graphic and artistic activity, such as the illuminations and plans of the city of Bologna.
