Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC) is a highly aggressive endocrine tumor that can be expected to have a poor clinical outcome. Cutaneous metastases from ATC are rare and in the context of disseminated metastases. Owing to the rarity of the disease, no standard treatment has been documented, and few treatment modalities are effective. This case reports neck and thoracic cutaneous metastasis from ATC, with concurrent hyperthyroidism.
