This paper is devoted to the study of the pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of the organizational culture of the future officers of the Russian Guard. The subject of the research is the essence and content of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of organizational culture. Methodology. The methodological basis of the research is the systemic and dialectical approaches interpreted to solve the problems of pedagogical research. Results. The results of the work consist in the fact that the authors have identified and identified the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the organizational culture of the future officers of the Rosguards, which include: regulatory and legal; motivational and value; content; organizational and managerial; performance correction conditions. Practical implications. The results of the study can be applied in educational theory and practice, as well as in the organization of the pedagogical process in a military college.
