Optimal Formation Configuration Design for Multi-Aircraft Cooperative Navigation
Abstract
High-precision cooperative navigation is the key to realizing multi-aircraft formation flying, and formation configuration is an important factor affecting the positioning accuracy of cooperative navigation. In order to achieve high-precision cooperative navigation, a multi-aircraft cooperative navigation system model is established, the effect of formation configuration and its dynamic change on cooperative navigation positioning accuracy is analyzed, and the formation configuration that makes the system fully observable is determined. Then, the cooperative navigation positioning accuracy evaluation model is established based on the system observable degree analysis method, and the optimal formation configuration of multi-aircraft cooperative navigation is obtained. The simulation results show that compared with the non-optimal formation configuration, the positioning accuracy of the optimal formation configuration can be increased by more than 75%, which effectively improves the cooperative navigation positioning accuracy of the aircraft formation.
