Research on the evolution of Xiong′an—Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei innovation network based on cooperative patents

Xiong′an,as an important carrier of Beijing′s non-capital functions, is of great significance in optimizing and reconstructing the layout of innovative cyberspace of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. At present, Xiong′an is still in the construction stage, and the evolution of the regional innovation network is more objective and feasible to use cooperative patents as an index. Firstly, the Xiong′an—Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei innovation cooperation network was constructed based on patent cooperation data and the characteristics of Xiong′an nodes was analyzed. Secondly, the QAP method was used to explore the influencing factors of the Xiong′an—Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei innovation cooperation network. Finally, the extended PMC index model was used to analyze the science and technology innovation policy of Xiong′an. The results show that: 1) Xiong′an expands the cooperative city at a faster rate but less frequently, and gradually evolves to the central position, but the control ability of resources is not significantly improved. 2) Institutional proximity has a positive impact on the Xiong′an—Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei innovation cooperation network. 3) Xiong′an′s existing science and technology policies are mainly based on investment subsidies, and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship platforms and the promotion of innovation output policies are insufficient.
