Nepremičninske evidence in novi koordinatni sistem v luči direktive INSPIRE : Real Estate Databases And The New Coordinate System In Relation To The Inspire Directive

Abstract

V resoluciji št. 2 zadnjega simpozija EUREF, ki je bilmaja 2009 v Firencah, je poudarjen pomen direktiveINSPIRE, pri čemer se zlasti opozarja na pomenEvropskega terestričnega referenčnega sistema 1989(ETRS89) ter Evropskega vertikalnega referenčnegasistema (EVRS) za to direktivo. Mejnik pri njenemuresničevanju v Sloveniji je pričetek meritev za potrebevzdrževanja zemljiškega katastra v novem državnemkoordinatnem sistemu, torej datum 1. 1. 2008. Sleditipa bo morala še druga faza – prehod na vodenjenepremičninskih podatkovnih zbirk v novem državnemkoordinatnem sistemu –, ki zahteva transformacijovseh nepremičninskih podatkovnih zbirk v nov državnikoordinatni sistem. Ker so medsebojno povezane, jihmoramo obravnavati kot celoto.Resolution No. 2 of the last EUREF symposium, held inMay 2009 in Florence, highlights the importance of theINSPIRE Directive, along with that of the EuropeanTerrestrial Reference System 1989 (ETRS89) andthe European Vertical Reference System (EVRS)for this directive. A milestone in its implementationin Slovenia is the date January 1 2008, when thesurvey for the land cadastre database within the newnational coordinate system was launched. The secondphase has yet to be implemented, i.e. the starting of themaintenance of real estate databases within the newnational coordinate system. The second phase requiresthe transformation of all real estate databases intothe new national coordinate system. Because of theirinterconnectedness, they must be treated as a whole.
