THE ACADEMY OF MUSIC, THEATRE AND FINE ARTS PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPASS PROJECT IN THE CONTEXT OF LIFELONG LEARNING

Abstract

Continuing vocational training for adults is one of the main components of any higher education institution that has now become a global priority. In the Republic of Moldova, this dimension is also a major objective, being considered the safest way to develop the skills needed for personal, social and professional development throughout life. The present article reports on the concept of „Lifelong Learning”, in general, on the development of the given concept in the Republic of Moldova and on the activities of the international project„Towards European University Lifelong Learning Model in Moldova (COMPASS)”– KA2 – Cooperation for Innovation and Exchange of Good Practices; reference number: 597889-EPP-1-2018-1-MD-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP.
